Returns

If there is anything wrong with your order such as wrong color, order, or brush you should get in contact with us 7 days after having recieved the goods. Always contact us first prior to sending any returns, our contact information is info@opacbeautyshop.se

When contacting us, there is a batch number where the ingredients are located. This number is important for us to know, so we know what went wrong, and can inspect it further.

Don’t forget that the product has to be returned to us so we can inspect it, to determine if there is something wrong with the product, for example color. If the product is a cosmetic brush, and the problem is that the brush has abnormal fallouts, the aluminium ferrule might be loose or broken on delivery.

Please take a photo when you do your reclamation. In these cases we will take responsibility of the return shipping fee, and send back a new one without you having to pay any extra costs.
